Start or Sit Based on Matchups Week 11

Best matchups QB

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Start Analysis
Case Keenum (St.Louis Rams) Baltimore Ravens 21.24 0/5 don’t start Unless you are playing in a 2QB league, you should be able to find better options on the waiver.
Derek Carr (Oakland Raiders) Detroit Lions 19.88 4/5 start with confidence Carr is 9th among QBs and has been playing like a true QB1. In his last four games, he has scored at least 17 fantasy points. This week he has a very nice matchup and should be able to continue with his hot streak.
Marcus Mariota (Tennessee Titans) Jacksonville Jaguars 18.99 2/5 start w/caution He has been up and down, but he could be a nice spot starter, especially if you have Brees, Eli or Big Ben.
Matthew Stafford (Detroit Lions) Oakland Raiders 18.76 3/5 solid start This guy is a matchup based player now and this week has a very favorable one, so feel good starting Stafford.
Blake Bortles (Jacksonville Jaguars) Tennessee Titans 18.16 3/5 solid start He is the tenth best QB in fantasy so far! With two great WRs and good running game, Bortles has only one game with less than 16 points and has yet to have less than 10. This week we could see a good performance out of him.

Worst Matchups QB

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Sit Analysis
Jay Cutler (Chicago Bears) Denver Broncos 10.46 2/5 you should give him a chance I know the matchup is awful, but Cutler has been incredibly consistent since he returned from his injury. And the Broncos will be playing with their backup QB, so the Bears could keep the Denver’s offense off the field and giving the offense more chances.
Joe Flacco (Baltimore Ravens) St.Louis Rams 13.8 3/5 you should sit him The Ravens have had a very frustrating 2015 season, losing games that they could have won. Flacco is not really a reliable player, but if you don’t have any choices hd won’t kill your team this week.
Matt Hasselbeck (Indianapolis Colts) Atlanta Falcons 14.34 4/5 you better sit him He played two decent games early in the season, but he showed that he is old for this game. Plus he has a bad matchup.
Carson Palmer (Arizona Cardinals) Cincinnati Bengals 14.68 0/5 don’t sit  Palmer has one of the toughest schedules going forward, but he has proven that he is matchup proof. Fighting to win his division and playoff position, expect 15+ points from this guy.
Kirk Cousins (Washington Redskins) Carolina Panthers 14.73 4/5 you better sit him He had an amazing game last week, but I don`t see that happening again versus the undefeated Panthers.

Best matchups RB

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Start Analysis
Charcandrick West (Kansas City Chiefs) San Diego Chargers 24.46 5/5 must start He isn’t Charles but is doing one hell of a job in the absence of the Chiefs RB star. With the best possible matchups and fighting for the playoffs, I wouldn’t hesitate to start “the Shark” one bit this week.
Darren McFadden (Dallas Cowboys) Miami Dolphins 24.04 4/5 start w/confidence With only four games as the starter, McFadden is already among the top 25 best running backs in fantasy. With a good matchup, Dez on the field and Romo back, the former Raider is up for a big game in Miami.
Lamar Miller (Miami Dolphins) Dallas Cowboys 22.9 5/5 must start You may be concerned about Jay Ajayi’s late appearance, but Miller is still the starter and is 4th among RBs. I doubt you can afford to sit him.
Latavius Murray (Oakland Raiders) Detroit Lions 22.14 4/5 start w/confidence The Raiders are fighting for a playoff spot and they need to run the ball to succeed. Plus Murray has been playing very good and is a solid RB2 every game.
Marshawn Lynch (Seattle Seahawks) San Francisco 49ers 21.69 5/5 must start It has been a rough season for Lynch owners, but if he can play, he should start.

Worst Matchups RB

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Sit Analysis
Shaun Draugn (San Francisco 49ers) Seattle Seahawks 12.83 4/5 you better sit him This game won’t be pretty, the Seahawks won’t have mercy after that painful lose in their house last weak.
Alfred Blue (Houston Texans) New York Jets 13.18 4/5 you better sit him Blue hasn’t shown anything to really trust him. He is at best an RB3 with a good matchup, but against the Jets I’d try to find a better play.
LeSean McCoy (Buffalo Bills) New England Patriots 13.58 0/5 don’t sit Last week he managed to rush for over 100 yards against a very tough defense. I`m sure Rex Ryan will find ways to get him the ball.
Karlos Williams (Buffalo Bills) New England Patriots 13.58 2/5 you should give him a chance It’s hard to sit a player who has scored in every game he has played. But streaks end and I just have a bad feeling about him this week.
Doug Martin (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) Philadelphia Eagles 14.39 1/5 you shouldn’t sit him Martin has been playing like a real NFL starter this season and helping his QB get better. He averages 17.8 carries per game and that is more than enough to start him, at least as your flex.
TJ Yeldon (Jacksonville Jaguars) Tennessee Titans 14.51 2/5 you should give him a chance This rookie has the touches and the coaches confidence, so if he plays is a nice flex option.

Best matchups WR

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Start Analysis
Tavon Austin (St.Louis Rams) Baltimore Ravens 31.13 2/5 start w/caution You know what you get with Austin: either has a high game with 20+ points or kills your team with 3 points. This week he has a good matchup and that increases his floor, but be careful if you put him in yout starting lineup.
Wes Welker (St.Louis Rams) Baltimore Ravens 31.13 1/5 risky start He is a solid WR for any QB, but unless he scores a TD he is at best a WR4.
Steve Johnson (San Diego Chargers) Kansas City Chiefs 30.56 4/5 start w/confidence With an extra week to prep for this game, I have big hopes for Stevie in a great matchup. Rivers will throw the ball a lot and he can throw every pass in Gates or Woodhead’s direction, so Johnson could really help you as a flex option.
Mike Evans (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) Philadelphia Eagles 27.73 5/5 must start Looks like he finally decided to come back. In three of his last four games, he has over 125 yards! He is clearly the first option for Winston and we know what Evans is capable of.
Sammy Watkins (Buffalo Bills) New England Patriots 26.5 4/5 start w/confidence Even with on Revis Island, Taylor threw the ball 7 times in his direction. Watkins is the no.1 guy on the Bills passing offense and he could take advantage of that shaky Patriots secondary.
Doug Baldwin (Seattle Seahawks) San Francisco 49ers 26.37 1/5 risky start Unless you are playing PPR, Baldwin isn’t a reliable option. He will get the targets but his production is very inconsistent.

Worst Matchups WR

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Sit Analysis
Alshon Jeffery (Chicago Bears) Denver Broncos 11.87 2/5 you should give him a chance He had a bad game last week, but even against the Broncos, Cutler will find a way to get him the ball.
Kamar Aiken (Baltimore Ravens) St.Louis Rams 13.36 3/5 you should sit him Aiken hasn’t been able to step up as the go to guy in Baltimore and in a tough matchup he could struggle to give you some fantasy points.
Torrey Smith (San Francisco 49ers) Seattle Seahawks 14.87 4/5 you better sit him So far he has only two games with more than 5 fantasy points! I really can’t keep a guy like this.
TY Hilton (Indianapolis Colts) Atlanta Falcons 14.94 2/5 you should give him a chance Hilton has been a disappointment for most fantasy owners, because he was drafted as a WR1. However he only has two games with more than 10 points this season. We know what he can do, but he needs to get the ball in his hands to do so.
Andre Johnson (Indianapolis Colts) Atlanta Falcons 14.94 4/5 you better sit him If it wasn’t for the fact that Hasselbeck will start I would have gave him the “must sit” status, however he had a good game with that QB. But I really advice you to sit him, there are better options on the waiver.
Pierre Garçon (Washington Redskins) Carolina Panthers 17.77 4/5 you better sit him This veteran is a good option when neither DeSean nor Reed play. Keep him out of your lineup.
DeSean Jackson (Washington Redskins) Carolina Panthers 17.77 2/5 you should give him a chance Apparently he is “fully recovered” from his hamstring injury, and while he is a risky start, Cousins will try to throw in his direction and you just need one play from him to have double digit production.

Best matchups TE

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Start Analysis
Eric Ebron (Detroit Lions) Oakland Raiders 12.92 3/5 solid start Ebron could help you out if you have Watson or Barnidge on a bye week. He has a good matchup and he could score a TD.
Garret Celek (San Francisco 49ers) Seattle Seahawks 10.79 2/5 start w/caution I actually believe that this guy could be the only productive player in fantasy this week (talking about the 49ers of course).

Worst Matchups TE

Player Opp Def Points Allowed Sit Analysis
Austin Seferian Jenkins (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) Philadelphia Eagles 4.13 2/5 you should give him a chance If ASJ is active could be a bit productive. Winston has looked for his tight ends and last week he throw for 41 yards to both of his active players, so he would definitely look for Seferian if he can suit up.
Antonio Gates (San Diego Chargers) Kansas City Chiefs 4.43 0/5 don’t sit Gates is the only reliable target (aside from Danny) in Rivers team, so he could help you even in a bad matchup.
