Javimente’s Week 6 DFS Picks

Welcome back everybody to Javimente’s DFS weekly picks! This is where I offer a list of players that according to their price and usage in their systems (targets and overall touches), are the best options to bring you high production at the lowest price, making them great value picks. A player hitting his value would mean that that player scored 3 times their price, for example, $4,000 x 3 =12pts. I will not be advising you to use the “Top Tier” players, as they are the players everybody knows about. If you haven’t played DFS before, you want to pair a couple of these great value players with the more expensive players that you know will come through with great numbers week in and week out, to give you the highest point total possible and ideally give you a chance to win some cash! DraftKings prices are annotated by the DK next to the price. So with that being said, let’s get it started!

My picks went 17-15 last week. Let’s keep the momentum going this week!

Russell Wilson vs Oak ($6,900DK) – Coming off of a bye week, Wilson has gotten healthier and the Falcons have allowed a league high 14 throwing TDs this season.

Derek Carr vs K.C ($6,500DK) – Carr has hit value in 4 of the first 5 weeks this season. He has the receivers and offensive scheme to continue that all year.

Brian Hoyer vs Jax ($5,800DK) – Hoyer has thrown for over 300 yards 3 weeks in a row. The Jags do not have the secondary to stop him from doing it a 4th time.

Alex Smith vs Oak ($5,700DK) – The Raiders have allowed the 3rd most FF points to QBs this season. This game could be high scoring.

Colin Kaepernick vs Buff ($5,000DK) – What makes Kaep so dangerous are his legs. Those legs a precisely why I believe he will hit value.

Lamar Miller vs Ind ($6,600DK) – The Colts allowed Jordan Howard to run wild against them last week. Miller hasn’t scored a TD all year, but I expect 2 this week.

Jordan Howard vs Jax ($6,200DK) – Howard has the backfield all to himself yet again and has at least 19 touches the last 2 weeks.

Devonta Freeman vs Sea ($5,600DK) – Im gonna take a shot and believe in the Falcons offense this week. For the Falcons to be successful, Free needs at least 15-18 touches and the Falcons know that.

Carlos Hyde vs Buff ($5,100DK) – Hyde has at least 22 touches in his last 3 games and has scored in 4 of his 5 games this season. He has a tough matchup and should be heavily involved.

Jamal Charles vs Oak ($5,000DK) – “The Training Wheels Are Coming Off”, that’s what we’ve been hearing all week. There may not be a better opponent to do that against as the Raiders have allowed the 5ht most rushing yards in the league.

Tevin Coleman vs Sea ($4,800DK) – Coleman gained 163 total yards on 10 touches last week. He can score from anywhere on the field and is almost a sure bet to blow up his value weekly.

Arian Foster vs Pit ($4,700DK) – In what should be a blow out by the Steelers, Foster may be used mostly as an extra receiver out of the backfield. That is gold in PPR.

T.J Yeldon vs Chi ($4,400DK) – Yeldon will be used as the workhorse moving forward. His versatility in the passing game, makes him a good play for his price.

Michael Crabtree vs KC ($6,900DK) – The Raiders have allowed the 5th most FF points to WRs this season. With Cooper geeting all the defensive attention, Crab has caught 4 TDs in the last 2 weeks.

Jarvis Landry vs Pit ($6,800DK) – Before last week Landry had at least 7 catches in every game this season. The Dolphins will more than likely be playing from behind, so Landry will get a lot of touches.

Will Fuller vs Ind ($5,900DK) – If Fuller is able to go, this would be a very good matchup. Look for him to get a few shots down field.

John Brown vs NYJ ($4,500DK) – In the 2 games before Palmer got hurt, him and Brown connected for 16 catches and 214 yards. Look for them to get back on track Monday night.

Cole Beasley vs G.B ($4,400DK) – The Packers have been pretty good against the run, that may mean Dak will have to do a little more throwing. Beasley will be used as a security blanket on Sunday.

Eddie Royal vs Jax ($4,000DK) – The last two games Royal has had 14 catches and 154 ReY. He should continue to be involved on Sunday.

Tyler Lockett vs Atl ($3,400DK) – Lockett has struggled all year. I have a feeling Sunday versus the Falcons, Lockett will break out.

Kamar Aiken vs NYG ($3,000DK) – With Steve Smith SR. out, Aiken will get a lot more burn out of the slot. He already has a good relationship with Flacco from last year so he may see 6-8 targets.

Jimmy Graham vs Atl ($4,900DK) – Before their bye week, Graham had back to back 6 catch, 100 yard games. I truly believe he will continue his hot streak on Sunday.

Martellus Bennett vs Cin ($4,500DK) – If healthy and with the possibility of Gronk misses the game, Bennett could have a huge game.

Dennis Pitta vs NYG ($4,300DK) – With Smith out, Pitta may see a lot more action on Sunday.

Good luck with your picks this week. If I helped you win, you’re welcome! If I helped you lose, you just didn’t use the right combination of guys I gave you. HAHAHAHAHA #GetAtMe
